Hi! While many people often criticize utilities for a variety of reasons, I want to express my gratitude to Con Edison. In my opinion, this is a responsible energy supply company that is a pleasure to deal with. We have never had a major power outage problem and even when I had questions about my account, all I had to do was contact con edison customer service their friendly staff was happy to help me with my problem, so I am their grateful client.
